Delivery prices can be calculated for all orders once items have been placed in the basket. Any additional delivery instructions can be added in the order comments section.
Orders to the UK will be delivered within 2 working days, and international orders within 7 working days. Orders are typically delivered quicker than this.
Free Mainland UK Delivery Over £20
Free delivery is offered on all orders over the value of £20 for delivery within Mainland UK*. This will be automatically offered at checkout. *Excludes Scottish highlands.
Royal Mail
Royal Mail services will be used for small and light. These orders will not require a signature upon delivery, unless they are delivered to a location outside of the UK.
Courier Services
Larger and heavier items will be sent via courier services, and will require a signature on delivery.
International Delivery
Orders delivered to locations outside of the UK will either be sent via Royal Mail International Signed or via an international courier, depending upon the size and weight of the items ordered. If the delivery of an order to any country outside of the United Kingdom is refused for any reason, we will not be liable for any customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes incurred by the attempted delivery of that order. All additional charges will be billed to the customer who placed the order.
Incorrect Addresses
We can't accept responsibility for incorrect addresses on orders.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
Orders delivered to locations outside of the UK will either be sent via Royal Mail International Signed.
