Returns & Refunds Policy

Conditions for Returns

In order to be eligible for a return you may do so within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging that you received it. It should also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please use our contact form. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies. This is typically within 4 weeks. 

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please use our contact form.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs for returning a product are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
